Work the author asks for in their own words, beyond the answers to open
questions (those go to [ORDERS.md](ORDERS.html.md)). Each inquiry becomes a plan
in [VISION.md](VISION.html.md) and [TODO.md](TODO.html.md) and moves word for word into
`docs/changelog/`. Empty between batches.
